Terms & Conditions – NavNow Holidays

Welcome to NavNow Holidays. By booking a trip with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.


1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

  • The balance payment must be cleared within the specified timeline, failing which the booking may be cancelled.

  • Guests must provide accurate details (name, age, ID, passport, visa information, etc.) at the time of booking.


2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline surcharges, taxes, or government policies.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Guest Cancellations:

    • More than 30 days before departure: Refund after deducting service charges.

    • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of package cost will be charged.

    • Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: 100% of package cost will be charged.

  • Supplier Cancellations: If airlines, hotels, or service providers cancel services, refunds will be processed as per their policies.

  • All refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days after deduction of applicable charges.


4. Changes & Modifications

  • Any change in travel date, itinerary, or package components after confirmation is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • NavNow Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or transport in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political unrest, etc.) without prior notice.


5. Travel Documents & Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are solely responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including passport, visa, permits, tickets, and ID proofs.

  • NavNow Holidays provides guidance but is not liable for rejected visa applications, delays, or denial of boarding.

  • Guests must ensure compliance with local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country/state.


6. Health & Safety

  • Guests must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.

  • Vaccinations, medical tests, or health certificates (if required by authorities) must be arranged by the guest.

  • NavNow Holidays is not liable for health-related issues, accidents, or emergencies during the trip. Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.


7. Responsibilities & Liability

  • NavNow Holidays acts as a facilitator between guests and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss, injury, theft, or damages arising from services provided by third parties.

  • In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, strikes, epidemics, etc.), NavNow Holidays will not be held liable.

  • Guests are responsible for their conduct during the trip. Any damage to property, vehicle, or hotel caused by the guest will be borne by them.


8. Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical expenses, cancellations, delays, or baggage loss.

  • NavNow Holidays may assist in arranging insurance but is not responsible for claims or disputes with insurance providers.


9. Child & Senior Citizen Policy

  • Child and senior citizen discounts, if applicable, are as per airline/hotel policies.

  • Special assistance for seniors or differently-abled travelers should be requested at the time of booking.


10. Force Majeure

NavNow Holidays shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm)

  • Acts of terrorism or political unrest

  • Government restrictions or pandemic-related travel bans

  • Airline/transport strikes or cancellations


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts only.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with NavNow Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
